EFF is a first aid course for everyone, not just divers. If you want to feel more confident when you need help, know how to react properly in a life-threatening situation, you should undergo such training. Participants of the course learn how to use appropriate steps when recognizing and conducting a rescue operation, learn how to take care of their own safety when helping others, and practice practical skills in a safe environment. New knowledge is additionally supported by a textbook in Polish and video materials.
An EFF first aid course is required to complete the PADI Rescue Diver and PADI Divemaster courses.
